Dear Friends, Please be aware about any investment with Expat group. Have bought an acre land in Anahita 2 in 2011, with an promise of registration in 2016. Now its been 2 years, have made all the payments but still the property is not registered. Last one year i have been chasing these guys for some alternate option, refund or swap option (land only) or land registration. as of now noting is happening.. The beauty of Expat is they make you talk to new person each time and it just goes in loop... So please be aware, its a total FRAUD and save your money Was this information helpful? | |||||
