Expat Properties — fraud company making fraud promises

This company sells properties that are priced more than market rate and takes easy installments, once you finish total payment they will not respond and on email they will say your investment is safe and land is taken by midc etc..

I invested in ruchitha dhakane "promised with roads by dec 2018". As on now they are telling it is taken by midc at a fair price, but on enquiry there is no such company named expat-properties that is holding land near by dhakane area..

Its fraud company and please dont trust these marketers running marker on our money and cheating us.

No the ruchitha project is not showed in their website either.

Yes same excuses to me also, I think either its a part of big SCAM or something big.

In any which ways we need to intense or complains I would like to know will you be able to come to news channel, let then the expat management come and explain us there excuses.

I am also in Dubai.
