I have been chasing expat properties for my mystic hills plots since 4 years and have been getting various conflicting answers. Now the emails and queries are not going through. Something is not right! They keep advertising new projects in india and marketing them in dubai and elsewhere. I have yet to come across an investor who has taken possession of his property as there is always a delay initially and then the property vanishes from their website and only new ones keep coming up.
