[Resolved] Expat Properties - Sparsh Resorts Chalets — dug borewell in property without permission | |||||
Karjat sparsh resorts. For 8 years they delayed and finally after a lot of follow ups and persistence they agreed to sale deed and then when it was to to process i’m told by chaya that an noc will be required for a borewell in my plot for the supply of water to all, they freshly dug (1 month) without permission. Very shocking and unbelievable crooked move by this company last moment effort to make me give up the land. They are wasting time and are using tactics to snatch the land. For plot no 184.in sparsh resorts karjat by expat properties. Having their office in bandra kurla complex. The sales rep is chaya who had sold 2 properties to me since 2009 and hasn’t delivered anyone them. They will take money from you then leave it for years and will not give the registration of sale deed. Please do not pay without registration of sale deed and verification of document by advocate. They usually then ask you to swap again with no documents and will start using tactics to return the money. Do not trust them they entered my premises this month, illegally broke the boundary wall, dug the hole for borewell. In case you need more info, call [protected] i can provide lots of proof.
