Expat Properties — worst customer service, liars and don't care about customers at all!

I bought 2 plots in Samruddi 2 project, Nagothane in 2013 from Expat properties. As per email communication from expat customer service, it was communicated that the project would get handed over by May 2018 but it didn’t happen. After enquiring I was told that due to RERA implementation in India all Expat projects have been delayed.
I along with my 5 friends (who have plots in project Garv) met Mr. Santosh Shetty, Chairman of Expat group in Expat office in Dubai. Mr. Santosh assured us that for Garv project registration will start November 2018 and for Samruddhi their representative will contact me by September 2018 to provide latest updates on development and handover but nothing happened.
After October 2018 I followed up 4-5 times on email but no response at all, I also copied Mr. Santosh Shetty in my last email but still no response. I had contact number of couple of their Dubai office staff but they didn’t pick up my phone either. Expat’s Dubai office number + [protected] is also not working (I’ve been trying this number since last 3-4 months). Recently I contacted Expat through Facebook but as usual no response.
Hopeless company and worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t recommend Expat to anyone.
