I have invested in 1 acre n. A. Plot at roha sundew heven in 2010 and i was promised to register the plot in 3 years, i was following till 2016 with them and received only false promises. Investors should be careful while investing with expat properties. Expat property directors and not coming out clear with investors and providing correct information. I also have 2 plots in Sanaya project- which is in Mahad. me and my dad took 1 acre Land in 2009. It been 9 years - i went to their office in March 2018 and asked for refund - they refused doing so . They want us to reinvest in their Goa project which i said no as we dont want further investments- after that we have written lots of mail but no reply.
Can we go against them in RERA . Shall we all form group and File and register compalint against them
