I made two business class bookings on british airways blr/jfk/blr. The airline cancelled a sector and on the ba website it says please call your agent for a full refund. I have called expedia 10 times over three times, written to them and exhausted every means possible but have been unable to get them to cancel. They keep putting me on hold, transferring to different people, say tool is not working and keep saying we will call back but they dont call back.
Its a lot of money and i cannot suffer this loss. I am willing to pay for any charges despite ba saying that i will get full refund. Expedia is systemically blocking me from cancelling. Was this information helpful? |
