Extra Marks — they are not providing services as promised during advance payment

This organisation is looting money from indians by way of providing online education to students. From me they have collected advance money and promised to provide me a tab for the use of online education for my child. Already almost one month is over but they still not provided the desired tab and giving false promises when i call their so called customer care no[protected], email id : [protected]@extramarks.com
Indian govt must take action on such fake looting organisation
