Extramarks.com — they are not providing services as promised and after cancellation created huge problems in refund money

I am gyan prakash sharma booked a package for icse board for 11th class on dated 7th july. This organization is looting money from indians by way of providing online education to students. From me they have collected advance money and promised to provide me tutorial package for the use of online education for my child. Already almost two month is over but they still not provided the desired package and giving false promises when i call their so called customer care no[protected], email id : [protected]@extramarks.com

First problem

At the time of booking counselor mr. Abhishek mishra committed for

1- this package is arrived within 7 day's,
2- you have a trail period of 7 days, if you are decide return the product within 7 days of delivery then your money is refunded after deduction of 1000 rupees.in any other condition your money is fully refunded.
3- if you opt the product then your ecs mandate form is processed to bank. Before processing of ecs mandate, department call you for confirmation of ecs date.
4- package price is 25000/- (5000 immediate and 10 ecs of 2000 rs)

After waiting 15 days period we communicate with mr. Abhishek mishra (Counselor) on dated 22nd july and they said "your package is arrived on lucknow and deliver tomorrow." but product is not arrived next day.

On dated 25th july we received a sms from bank "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to extra marks education pvt ltd with value rs. 20000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

Again call to mr abhishek mishra and complaint against not delivery of product and early process of ecs mandate. But they are not giving any satisfactory answer and he said “we are giving those answer which information provided from my office side.

Then we call your customer no. And register complaint about all things, concerning person said "you will received call from our delivery department within 24 hours."

But we are not received any call from your side on whole day of 25th.

On 26th we again call to your customer care, after that they contacting your delivery department for making call.

After, we received a call from your delivery department, when we ask for package "she said your package wrongly booked by mr. Abhishek mishra for package delivery required minimum 10000 rs starting payment. So when your deposit amount is matched with required amount product should deliver."

After this conversation we strongly decide for cancellation and told for same to your delivery department and they forward it to your concern department and said "you will receive call from our cancellation department within 24 hours."

But again we not received any call from your cancellation department.

Then we again call to your customer care regarding status of cancellation then your executive said "your cancellation is in process" and when we ask for returning money she said “your money is refunded after deduction"

If you need we send all call recordings regarding the conversations.

My question is,"why my money is deducting even all fault from your side -

1- counselor booked this package in starting payment 5000/-
2- early ecs processing from your side, even we not received any call for deciding date, after call from my side your customer care said this is 2nd of month
3- package delivery late from your side (Even process is not start till)
4- if having any problem, why you are not giving any information from your side.
5- even when we received call for package confirmation why they are not informing me for amount dispute.

After many time call to their customer care no. And verbal conversation they refunded my money on dated[protected].

But (Second problem)

Again on 07th august 2019 deduct amount rs. 2000/- from my account and again we complaint about the same on customer care
But my money is not refunded till
And they replied on 25th aug 2019 "please be informed that your complaint seems to be resolved as your down payment refund of inr 5, 000 is processed by us in the below mentioned account dated 02/08/2019"

We have all conversation in recorded form and also have emails

We requested to govt. Of india to take action against this type of fake organizations.
