I am too suffering from same problem. I order mi band 3 1+1 product they provide me fake band. I mail him 2 3 times and called but no responce from him.
I have ordered mi band 3, on the website of ezzedeals it looked genuine, but when the product deliverd it's not even close to the MI band 3.
It is a fake product and fully China-based electronic items. I am trying to reach the support number which is fake as well and also mail to there support mail id but no response from there side. I really don't know to whom I should report this.

My order missing
I had order MI Band 3 of worth 1399/- But received a local product named as MY Device MYlife. It is really a fraud done with the customer and Customer Care Contact no is not reachable or not ring. Please let us know the procedure to return the Product or refund the amount.
Exactly!! I too got cheated today. There are a number of complaints regarding this company but still they are cheating people easily. Why isn't someone taking any action??
