Ezee Pay Services — pay tm kyc authentication issue..no one bothered to revert me yet.unable to send funds to bank

Its been four days i raised a query to them..# no one bothered to revert me back.. Query reference number is 55434541.. Use less team. They r very concerned to hold customer fund in their account. Not allowing me to transfer funds to my acc. I made my concern very clear to them. No one bothered to revert me yet.# app. B aware of doing any transactions. If anything goes wrong no one bothered to help u..# this guys..
