Please pass on this to others as well. Never book hotel rooms with this agent. They commit false information and once you book the rooms with them and receive the booking confirmation you will get to know the hidden information and their cancellation policies in details. Their cancellation policy is very weird. Once you book rooms with them they will charge u admin charges of 10% of the booking amount and this information they dont share with guest before making the reservation. Admin charges are non-refundable and you will not get to know this before booking rooms with them. Once you book the room u will get to know this...Very weird, ...Even taj, oberoi, hyatt does not follow such kind of cancellation policies...The person handling the reservation are the most pathetic, unfriendly staff ((Bhavya & lambodar) .Do not book rooms with them...U will not get your money back even if have sufficient wrongly committed emails from them...U will loose your money. They commit false information and once you book the rooms with them and receive the booking confirmation you will get to know the hidden information and their cancellation policies in details. ONCE YOU BOOK ROOMS WITH THEM THEY WILL CHARGE U ADMIN CHARGES OF 10% OF THE BOOKING AMOUNT AND THIS INFORMATION THEY DONT SHARE WITH GUEST BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION.
