[Resolved] Ezeedeals.in — krypton hope 3gb smart watch | |||||
I ordered a krypton hope 3gb 32gb smart watch at ezeedeals online dated 12.09.2009 and paid rs.1599.00 via paytm after that that very online site confirmed me at my email, the receipt no./order id of that transaction is [protected]. But the online site did not send me shipping detail of my bought product within three days. After that i tried to call [protected] but there was no response. Lastly i mailed to customer service on 16.09.2019 about my order as usual the co. Didn't take response. So, i want to my money back and the work of online site is lack of service with unfair trade practice. So, i want to get compensation amount rs.100000.00 and other relief which the forum will decide for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
