[Resolved]  Ezeego One — Cheaters - fraudsters - Unprofessional and unethical behaviour

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I planned a holiday package to Ladakh for 7 Nights/8 Days with EZEEGO1 for a group of 6 persons for 8th August, 2015 at a price of INR 33, 000 per person as ‘confirmed’ and freezed by one of your travel agents- Amit Bhagwat (CRM NO[protected]. After consistent calls and discussions, we finalized the packaged and paid an initial amount of INR 10, 000 on 25 June 2015 (via online payment).

I would like to bring to your notice the most pathetic and miserable customer service instance shown by your executives. While the price of the package as communicated to us via email was INR 33, 000 per person, we got a call from one of your employees- Pradeep and then Nirmal Das on 8 July 2015 asking us to deposit the amount of INR 37, 000 per person. When we mentioned that our final price of the package as confirmed to us was 33, 000, he mentioned that this was never the finalized price, that the prices have changed and the executive who dealt with us, has left the organization and has started making all the false promises.
I even felt the GOONDARAJ in the sense that .. if you want to take the deal take it, else leave.

Upon his mentioning of this fact, I felt extremely cheated and disappointed and thus, I immediately called off the trip and asked for my refund. He promised me that it’ll be refunded within 7 days. I have all the call details and call recordings mentioning the above fact.

To my amazement, i again got a call, take the package at 36, 000 i.e. todays price else forget 10, 000. I mean is this some kind of goondaraj being played by these hoodwinks?
All my planning, my leaves, my arrangemnents have gone down the drain just because of these cheap land low quality travel agents.

Also, I would like to mention here that I have the email correspondence and the call recordings (clearly mentioning the facts and the trail which would be made available as an evidence against you) took place with your executives which clearly mentions how your organization is a hoax and your executives duped us. This goes without mentioning that this swindling instance of yours would definitely be made public via social media.

Luckily i have the call recordings with me!

If no action is taken in the due course of time, I would not hesitate in filing a court case against the fraudsters and your organization.
