[Resolved] Ezeego One Travels & Tours — Money debited but tickets not booked, no customer care service
Yesterday I tried booking flight tickets, but after doing the payment, the page goes out blank n the money got deducted without any ticket being booked or any sorts of confirmation regarding the same... I tried calling, messaging on their customer care numbers, but believe me no one picked up a call or messaged back.. Then I emailed them for which I got I reply that our customer care will get in touch with you soon.. which they haven't yet.. neither they picking up my call.. This is my first experience with eezego n this would be my last forever.. Such a unprofessional n irresponsible they are..Because of them my vacation got cancelled as I was unable to booked tickets.. Some strict action should be taken against them as this not acceptable.. They do not care for people... Horrible, pathetic, worst, unethical company I hav ever came across till now..

Please be assured that we have not received the amount of INR 30, 578/- in our account.
Since the amount got debited without a confirmed booking, the same will be auto reversed by the payment gateway itself. Hence, we request you to kindly check with your bank regarding the status of your transaction.
