I have booked a flight ticket on 21st jun 2018 for traveling from kochi to mumbai. My travel date was 28th aug 2018. Flight i opted was indigo (6e 215 - 13:50 flight) but due to the flood, kochi airport was closed and unable to travel. And at that time indigo announced that they will give a full refund to all the travelers who opted this flight. On my traveling day i. E. 28th aug 18, i checked with indigo and got a confirmation that the flight got cancelled and they will be giving the full refund. It is already 5 months completed and i have not yet received the refund. I got in touch with indigo customer care and they confirmed me that in august 2018 end itself they have refunded the money to the agent i. E. Ezeego. But ezeego has not credited the money in my account. When i try to reach their call center through the toll free no.[protected] am getting the voice message that "our staff is talking to a customer, we will connect to you as soon as possible" and kept me in hold for hours. I tried a few occassions, but getting same message.. My details given below..

It is impossible to cheack such type of the complaint objectivel here
as nobody exept the author and the travel agent sees any related document :
1. Issued reservation or e-ticket in full, which shows the conditions
2. Your all recepts, which show the services, which you had paid for,
3. Your own written complaint in full, which is addressed to operator of Ezeego One Travels & Tours
4. Any reply of tour operator, if 15 days are passed follwoing your complaint.
You need to keep such documents 6 moths at least or till final satisfaction of the claim.
It is unclear, what was the fault of the operator Ezeego One Travels & Tourscleraly from such your complaint.
All legal complains have to be submitted in written to
1) the air carrir at the air carrier site to their email box
or
2) to tour operator to their email box or to the ir site
in considtent and clear manner or in person at their office.
No piece of the above document is attached here.
To check the validity of the complaint for the possible compensation a duty of the air carrier or of the tour operator within 15 days.
In 15 days follwoing your submission, if you are not satisfied (no compensation / no refund),
you can hire a legal professional for civil aviation matters or a lawyer for charge/fee,
who can advise the possible outcome and future acts, based on your attached documents.
To start a legal case for a local court will cost you from rupees ~10"000 for such type of cases.
The fair court must award you all losses, moral harm, paid fees/chaeges for legal assistanse
