[Resolved]  Ezone Bangalore — samsung washing machine broken

Hi team,

I purchased a new front door automatic washing machine fro ezone bangalore.

And the product that i received was not completely packed and the box was open. When i asked the delivery boy he said it was like that when handed over to him.

The next day the service engineer from samsung came for installation.

And when he was unpacking the washing machine, the thermocol inside was broken and taped.

Also one screw was not there and the bottom machine cover was torn and there is a crack on the front panel.

Now i have registered a complaint with the dealer ezone and samsung

Samsung is saying i need to check with the dealer and the dealer says he has raised a complaint with samsung, not sure what will be the final outcome
