On 10.09.2021, ordered Logitech MK120 series combo pack of wired keyboard and mouse pack. Full price paid in advance on 10.09.21 itself while booking. At first the product delivered on 11.09.2021 but both the packaging (of Amazon as well as of seller) were unsealed, opened. That’s why requested for replacement order of same products. Next delivery done on 13.09.21. This time also amazon pack was unsealed. Advised deliveryman but he rejected and told that he is not responsible as he had nothing to do as he carried what had been provided to him. When checked the products after opening the pack, the products found different from what was ordered. The ordered series was MK120, but the delivered products belong to K120 series.
Contacted Amazon helpdesk, but they also did not accept their responsibilities and advised that either the products will be replaced or cancelled with refund. Even initially they are not providing the seller contact details. After many request they provided seller details, M/s Appario Retail Provided Ltd, Ph [protected] and advised us to contact directly with the seller. We tried to contact them also but no response from them.
It appears that even after replacement order requested neither Amazon nor the seller takes any responsibility to deliver same ordered products and instead they are delivering different products and don’t take any responsibility. It is almost a type of cheating, as they are not delivering the actual product for which they have been paid for.
We understand that either they will again accept replacement order or refund after cancellation, but they have been wasting our time again and again carelessly without taking any responsibility and playing with our money already paid in advance. ITS HARASSMENT FOR US.
Our request is that for their repeatedly defect/error in product servicing without taking any responsibility, they must be penalized and pay us harassment cost apart from refund.
