[Resolved] Ezoneonline.in — Delivery o[censored]sed product in online shopping | |||||
I ordered a nikon coolpix camera and they delivered an used product with fully drained battery and with[protected] images in it. It was not visible that the product was used but when i turned it on after charging the battery which was already inside the camera, i found that there are thousands of pictures in the memory card of camera. It seems that the showpiece was sent but at least they must inform that before. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They have agreed to take away the product but as they don't have that same model in stock they will email some other options or refund the money. Refund takes a considerable amount of time as per them.
I called on their customer care number: 9223322999 as well as emailed them on [email protected].
