Ezoneonline.in — Tickets cancel by bus operator in red bus

I have booked Red Bus tickets ticket no's.
TQ8K44522887 from Jaipur to sangria. 23 July at 7.15 pm. Rewar Travels. the bus was cancel by bus operator. when i call from red bus they are not given me satisfactory answers. I had received a poor poor service from red bus. i am requesting all of you please don't used red bus apps.
