I purchase Samsung led tv 42 inch from bigbaazar bhojubeer branch at 24 Jan 2016 . Last 2 month ago it have led screen problem I complaint at bigbaazar and sansui service centre . But no response come through they take my led tv also and not replaced it from new . As they says no model available . Today bigbaazar ezone staff through me out and wrote on bill he will nothing do any and say go to hell . I am very depressed now .. at my home last 1.5 month no tv is . Pls do some thing ..

Today I visit bigbaazar bhojubeer branch as they do not provide me any follow up from last month when I noted the complaint . Today I talk with one staff of e zone he said wait again for two days . I told why . All of you saying tommorow even and again today you saying wait for 2 days then he will find what will to do ... and when I say give me proof, he badly behaved with me and wrote on my bill he will do.nothing even he will not mail to sansui also, Ben I purchased the tv from ezone and say go to hell
