Dear SIr I purchased Sony Bravia 43W800D which was delivered on16.01.2017 . I was assured that engineer will contact me next day. Its 4pm no engineer has contacted me i hve already made several call to yr office at tel no[protected] but i was only assured that an engineer will contact but no one has contacted me till now . This give bad impression to me in regard to your organisation. You must ensure wht u committed should be done. I once again request you to immediatly sen an engineer to install the TV at my home.
