I had purchased sennheiser cx 7.00 bluetooth headset from ezzat mobiles on 13/10/18, got delivery on 15/10/18, when opened the package box was real but inside headset was not original. Its not the same product which ordered & shown in image. I got he duplicate product.
On the same day i request them to replace the product to origin or refund my money. They suggest me to mail them on [protected]@ezzatmobiles.com & there team will resolve in 24 to 72 working hrs. I followed up many times but still didn't get any solution.
Product which i ordered is with me & not used for single time.
