Hi Sir My Name is S A Abdul khadar I received a call from a man named Ken Roy.. And he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me also Please help. Hi.. My name is Dnyaneshwar Khatavkar. I also received the same phone call and offer. But now they are asking me for 5400 as a penalty charges. and 3000 for Notice charges. They have sent me an email of Legal Notice.
So what should i do now? where i can file a complaint against them?

They are threatening me too and asking me to more than a lakhs and took 7100 rupees as a maintenance and utilitiy charge. And the address is fake, number is fake . They are threatening me like hell . Saying so many sections like 73, 75, 420, 78 and all . I haven't done any mistake . Just applied for a job online as I'm in need of work from home job. I didn't sign any agreement but they sent the agreement copy and acceptance letter since there was no response from the person who spoke with me, I left the job since I didnt receive any proper response from the person who asked me to join over the phone.
They took my pancard information .
I'm extremely worried about the money I have lost with them. Please get the amount refund and Issue resolved for me.
