I m in agreement with fo techology they are the fraud company they gave me 900 forms work in 9dys after i completed my work i sended that file to company after 1 dy i got qc fail now they are forcing me for money plzz help me to come out of this plzzz that ### isha varma this company excutive forced me to do the signature on agreement without even telling to read the agreement before signing it. Yes they are fraud, I have complete the form 900 in 9 days, but due to some hidden process which they have, they unable me to submit project and they are asking 4700 and per day +5000 will be increased .This company is fraud don't worry .They will go in jail soon

Hello every one i had completed about 300 forms in 4 days but after viewing this comments i stopped my work and sent them a mail to cancel it as i will be in same condition of others and i don't want to work anymore for such fraud people. To all those who met with this problem no need to panic..since they have made fake agreement - the agreement (numbered/dated etc) are same for all the people who involved in it, so the agreement is not valid as same stamp paper cannot be used for different people and there is no actual company named fo technology (in India) and they don't have a website and what ever address they have given in agreement we have to check into it. we cannot use same stamp paper for making different agreement that too with a fake identity company. I think i have made my point clear. Really embarrassed to see such frauds still exist which can cause injury to India's Health.

No they are total fack company.
I am also facing in the same situation. First they said 4700, 4700+3000= 7700, 12920.They siad if you want the court clearance they asked me to pay the amount 12920 before 3 pm.If not we have to proceed legally.
I have paid the amount but they didnot give any NOC. They asked to me to pay the amount of more 3 months to terminate it.
one doubt did you got any legal posts to your home. I didn't get.Have anyone attended the court.

I did the same thing and I paid them 14k and demanded a NOC. This happened on 15th February 2019, now after a year 15th February 2020 their so called Advocate called me again saying I didnt appear in any court hearing and I’ll be penalised and demanded 35k or appear in court tomorrow and he threatened to send Legal notice at my place. Then I screamed at them and they cut the call then mailed me, I replied with my NOC, waiting for a reply I will keep you all posted.

When my case was closed according to the man Karan Sharma I spoke to last year. They are a bunch of nobodies and no need to be scared. They will scare you with threatening phone calls and mails and may even send you notice at your home address. I have not yet received any but I spoke to someone and he did receive and it was FAKE. They are a fraud company!
