Fab Hotels — rooms was different from the app picture and miss sangeeta fab helpline person was rude to me

On 8th september i have booked a hotel from fab app. Adlon international hotel andheir, as i have seen the room image and reviews on fab app i have booked the hotel room. And selected the option to pay at hotel as i was travelling from kochi. I reached at hotel around 11:40am. Will payment time i have offer my atm card bt the receptionist told me the card machine is not working at that moment. They ask me to use paytm. Which i did but the poor network at the hotel my request was on pending which i had shown to recipient they done my check in and said because of network it may got delayed. I went to the room there was no window, as i have asked for smoking room, i ask them to change my room as it was very small room with no window and no network at all to call the help line. They ask me to wait on the same room because the other room was getting ready. I waited for long 2hrs. Then i called them at 2pm that change my room as i need to take some rest. They changed my room and gave me different room with window of no use and the ac water was coming out and they have keeped the towel on the floor because of water i ask them why it so they said last night guest have keep the ac on for full night, i ask the guy to change my room again he clearly told me there is no room available at that point i need to take a shower as i was travelling since 4am i toke the shower and called the fab help line. I had spoken to miss sangeeta, and explained her the situation and told her i would like to check out from this hotel and go to another one till that point my paytm amount was on pending i had the screenshot of it. From my side i have payed as it was deducted from my account bt still pending. She told me to click pictures of the room and email to her and the picture of i saw in the app i did what she asked me too. I asked my amount back because it was all lie the room the picture on your app. I disconnected the call and started getting ready to check out. The hotel person called me and asked me have you complained i said yes i did as the room is not the same they said they will change the room again but y denied as i had already change 1st. He called me again and said the amount has not come yet i told him np i will come out and pay the amount by card. I went out pay the amount by card and left. And call the help line again. Sangeeta told me u haven’t paid any amount to the hotel why are you asking for refund i told her i have paid the amount ask to the hotel she called up mr shoheb, he said her the amount is paid, sangeeta told me who ask you to pay to the hotel i[censored] wanted to check out. As i used the app i will talk to the fab help line not the hotel i have take refund from fab not the hotel. Mr. Soheb told me he will talk to his owner and refund my amount i said ok. I waited till 9th afternoon and called up fab help line again and spoke to sangeeta, she connected the call with mr soheb. He said the owner have denied to give refund as i have stayed there for 2hrs. I had a 40mits argument with soheb and sangeeta, soheb said they have offered me other room which was big but i dnt wonted to stay in that hotel at all as i was very disappointed by them. And sangeeta told me you pay the hotel ask dem for refund not fab, and she was very rude about it, and they asked me to talk to hotel owner by my own and fab wont come in between as it was my problem not fab, and disconnected the call and then i got a called from ‭+[protected]‬ saying he is calling from fab and they will give the amount refund he ask me 30mits, 1hr back haven’t got any calls or any email or msg from fab side so i need the problem ‭m to be resolved...
