I had purchased Faber Hob – HTG 654 CRS Br CI on May 2020. In year 2021, there was so much issues with the original burners. I had to raise a complaint and service technician replaced with new burners within warranty. Again, this year in 2022, burners are faulty, the technician is recommending to replace the burners. Since it’s out of warranty, its going to shell out another 5k from my pocket. I had spent 17, 000 INR to purchase this hob, trusting the brand on kitchen appliances. However, my trust is now broken, I cannot recommend Faber to anyone in my contacts.
I am sent this issue in email to Faber customer care, after which a complaint was registered and I was being informed in the phone call that burners are in warranty thus will be replaced at no additional cost. Since then, there is no update nor any follow up or visit by a technician.
I am sending constant follow up emails and all the response I get is We will update and get back to you shortly. This is really unprofessional and utterly disappointed to invest in such a worst consumer handling company regardles they claim to be the number 1 in Hob and Chimney products.
