Faber — chimney fan rotor vibrating

While putting on it is vibrating I think fan not working properly. Product purchased in march 2015. My Name Bhaskar Gadhari Address Mulund Amit CHSL A704 Mhada colony Mulund East Already complaint registered on Saturday and they promised us that person supposed to attend it on monday but nobody attended the complaint. Now please send on Thursday.
