Complaint against the service:
Since 8 months (the time we purchased chimney) we have faced issues like the chimney suddenly stops or it produces certain kind of voice and we have complained almost 15 times about this but yet this issue has been not solved
They say that there is voltage fluctuation and change pcb everytime
We even called torrent power services to check the voltage and they said that voltage is perfectly fine
They give us the same excuse everytime and change pcb and again the same issue continues
The person who comes here talks rudely with us and the chimney is in warranty still if you cant solve this issue i want to replace my chimney thats it please atleast get a good technician
The service we get from faber chimney is pathetic
We have been so done with the service and so we have to complaint it to the consumer forum as customer care service is the worst here
Faber service person kiran bhai who sees the faber in Ahmedabad was rude with us and when we told them that just replace the chimney it is in warranty coz they are not able to solve this issue since 8 months every 15 days we file the same complaint and the issue is yet not solved
