Faber — kitchen chimney cleo pb ss ltw 60 | |||
I have purchased on 01/12/2017 a faber chimney vide serial no k[protected] with life time warranty registration no mum 18393081. With in 6 months of operation the chimney started giving lot of sound. On making a complaint, service engineer came on 4th august 2018, from nikita enterprises, sanpada, navi mumbai, and replaced one of the fans as the same was found to have gone bad and making the noise. Immediately after one day i. E, on 5th august 2018 again the chimney started giving the same problem. On our repeat complaint the service engineer is asking us to confirm if the same fan has gone bad or is it the other fan. We have blindly gone for your product considering faber as a pioneer company in chimney, so in first go the going bad itself is a shock to us thereafter the incompetency of your service engineer to identify and rectify the fault is another shock. I am really scared to use the product under present circumstance of huge noise emanating from the machine.. The matter is really serious and needs your kind intervention immediately for repair or return. Was this information helpful? | |||
