I bought a 4 Faber HOB Cooktop Jumbo 4BB SS in May 22 from Croma in Bengaluru thinking it to be a good company. But to my utter dismay, the glass of the cook top broke on 22/10/22.
I raised complaint and also spoke to Customer Care every week. I was given update from Customer Care that glass top has been despatched/being despatched and it will be replaced within a week which they are bluffing.
My fingers get cut every day and it is hazardous to work on a broken glass cook top. In spite of repeated complaints to the customer care of Faber India the glass has not been replaced till date, this is not expected from such a reputed company @ Faber India. Utterly disappointed.
Faber India is requested to attend the complaint immediately and save from the precarious situation of cooking on broken glass hop leading to safety and health hazards.
