WE have purchased a wall mounted chimney to match the Faber gas cooking range. could not commission the chimney as there was no exhaust facility. After nearly four months when we tried to commission the chimney it was not working . some time when cooking range servicing technician came for servicing the cooking range, he told us that he doesnt have the proper toolsto open up the chimney and he will come later. now it is one yaer over still the chimney isis not commissioned. two weekis back a technician comes and says that power is not coming to the unit and the PCB to be replaced. I want the PCB TO BE TAKEN AND CHECKED IN YOU FACTORY and the faulty component to be replaced as Not even once the chimney was on line.Pleasea advice

Updated by lakshani Faber service technician visited our house, opened up the unit and removed the PCB . Found some track has burnt. Could not give any reason what has gone wrong. This PCB has burnt it has to be replaced is the answer from the technician. Without using the chimney the PCB gets burnt, what sureity I have that the new PCB will not get burnt.Before I order a new PCB i WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE.
