It's almost been a week since i have given my clothes. They have wrongly estimated the weight and charging me a higher amount. I have been repeatedly calling them for the last 4 days and they are yet to deliver my clothes and constantly avoid my calls. None of their numbers on the website seem to work and the delivery agent number shared through sms is always wrong. Was this information helpful? |
