Fabfunia — wrong product received

I had ordered a combo of 2 kurtis but received another one.how could I return it.

I had ordered total 3 peaces of stitched kurtis... instead of delivering that product they had delivered me one peace o[censored]nstiched dress material which is not at all with good quality...and one some other peace of small cloth... i need my proper product or my money back...already mail on support.fabfunia..yesterday night with my order details from [protected]@gmail.com... i need some resolution for that wrong order..

I have received a package from your company today by Aramex Courier ( Ref No [protected])

I have received the package which contains One Dress Material. There is no order id and what I can see is only a reference ID which says 18338 in the consignee details of the courier slip.

I remember not ordering any material on your site and this order has been processed/delivered wrongly to me. I had got a link on my FB and the link was gone through by me, added two dresses to my cart but never had I confirmed my order.

I had chosen two dresses and saved in my cart but did not confirm or process my order. To my surprise the order I received this morning is not what I actually chose or added to my cart and it is only one item.

I have made a cash payment to the courier as they will not accept returns.
I request you to kindly cancel/refund my order and arrange for the same.

Please let me know through email how I should proceed in regards to return the wrongly dispatched item and I would like to get the refund either through NEFT or alternate mode of payment to my bank account.

Same thing is here.I ordered 2 kurti n got very cheap plain piece of cloth.what is this.why are u making such type of things...I really surprised to see this type of fraud..we should take an action..rate dene layak v nhi..worst

I had order for the pink cotton plain kurti and u send mi blue broad chaks material and the fabrica was so cheep ... plz change the product immediately ...Ref no. 29599...

I had ordered 03Kurties but I received only two which was also not matching with my Order. Receive Kurtis are very cheap and third class product.

This is inform.to you that on 9th oct 2017 i have reciive parcel against order number 49855 which was booked on 6th oct 2017, but its wrng product received from your side. I had ordered other produch which has attached in mail so pls check the same and do further return or replace proccess of the same

I had ordered Kurti from fabfunia and all that was supposed to be semistiched but they were all just cloth pieces with the worst quality fabric.. all that was shown in the picture was completely different than what I received. I want an immediate RETURN and REFUND for my order. Kindly take care of it and do as per my needs.. as fast as possible. Make sure you initiate the return and refund or else I will have to take other actions to take get my money back from you people.
