I also placed an order on factorysales for a sony 32000 mah power bank and it also included one i7 wireless earphone headset but received a refurbished motorola power bank with one single earphone. No contact is possible either by e mail or phone. Their server does not accept mail even for customer support. Phone either switched of or does not respond. A message is sent through their website but no response at all. Packing and dealings indicate that company is not trustworthy and My mail sent to them is given here for details.:- Dear sir, Ref:wrong and short supply against order: order dhfs 1033231 I placed an order on 29/10/2018 for Sony 32000mah power bank get i7 wireless headset free × 1 Order dhfs1033231 confirmed by you on 2/10/2018 by e mail and also on phone. Although you intimated to provide dispatch and tracking information there was no information till today i. E 11/11/201. Only today i got the message from expressbee courier confirming delivery today. I paid rs.850/-in cash and collected the consignment. On opening the box surprisingly i found the following items. 1. Motorola external battery pack of 32000 mah capacity, Whereas on the packing it is mentioned as "sony 32000 mah with wireless headset (Refurbished)" 2. Only one wireless piece of headset instead of a pair. (Set) Neither i ordered a refurbished power bank nor a motorola battery pack. 3. Connector for charging the battery pack. Kindly act immediately to supply the correct items as per order and your confirmation. Anxiously waiting for a positive reply from your end. I have ordered sony 32000 mah power bank with brand bluetooth headset 18/01/2019 evening around 16:50 i received parcel from Ecom xpress courier.
When i checked the pack, it was vivo power bank physically damaged and not working condition and bluetooth headset also defective. And main thing was all package are open n worst condition inside the parcel.
Actually my order was sony 32000mah power bank and branded bluetooth but i received different item that too in worst n damage condition.
The items packing were open n other accessories not included as per the descriptions in my order
So i dropped mail to info. [protected]@gmail.com to arrange pickup these item and send my ordered item in good packed and working condition.
I tried many times to reach [protected] but no response and no one picking up calls.
I requesting you to take necessary action and provide your support.
