Fairassets Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Koundiyal,
At Faircent.com we appreciate feedback and strive to give our best to our customers. However, we request you to provide complete and correct information.
On April 28, 2017 you registered on our portal as a Borrower. Even after repeated reminders on phone, SMS and emails you did not provide complete documentation.
On July 4, 2017 you again contacted us and shared complete documents on July 5, 2017.
On 6th July you were informed that as per the criteria set by our credit evaluation mechanism we are unable to list your loan request on our platform.
On 10th July, you spoke to our executive, demanded refund and when he explained the refund policy you used rude and impolite language.
The refund policy is clearly mentioned on the website and in the Terms and Conditions (https://www.faircent.com/interest-rates-and-fees ) The 500/- registration fees is non-refundable. When a borrower registers and uploads his documents, we spend a lot of time, resources and effort to evaluate these documents. Our credit evaluation mechanism uses more than 400 data points. The Rs. 500/- fees goes towards this cost incurred.
Faircent.com is disbursing on an average Rs. 3 crores a month to hundreds of borrowers. We try our best to provide cheap and easy credit to all. But as mentioned clearly on the website and in terms and conditions, we cannot commit that all those who register will get listed on the platform. This depends on our fully automated credit evaluation mechanism.
Hope this clears all doubts. Please feel free to visit www.faircent.com for more info or call us on[protected].
Regards
Team Faircent.com
