Family Credit — Two extra emi charged

Myself Amit Kumar and I bought a Activa two years back from Sangam named dealer in Sahibabad. The EMI was planned for 24 months but the EMI charged is of 26 months.

Loan No 2337928

Please check and confirm and also confirm how can I get my extra amount which I have paid.

Also none of your helpline nos are functional. The helpline is for customers and it should be active all the time. I have been calling since yesterday.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
