Dear sir,
I had transferred on line rs 10000 (Ten thousand) on 2nd april 2016 for delhi - shimla - manali travel package to fantasy travels details as below

The travel was to begin from exdelhi from 19th to 25th april, after receiving the payment advance they stopped taking my calls and started bulling me to pay balance amount, which was to be paid upon arrival. After repeated followup they assured me the full refund but had still not paid the said amount

Now different people come on line and give false replies please to help
The names of people are mohd asif, yogesh, nitin datar, ankit and akhil

This refers to the telecon just had with mahima regarding my payment refund for inr 10000

I have been rigorously following up with mr. Yogesh, mr. Piyush, mr. Ankit & mr. Akhil in your company for the last 2 weeks now to get my refund of inr 10000 back. The below trail mail mentioned the one sided follow up from my side and there is absolutely no response or confirmation on refund till this moment from your side. I am once again sharing my bank details for your company to make the rtgs of inr 10000 before this evening
