I have placed an order with fashion and you.com online with order no [protected] on 2nd sept, i have paid for the order but still not received my shirts, i have also called the courier co ecomexpress with awb no[protected], they say that at pick up no goods were given to them and to contact fashion and you, the tel number listed in the app is wrong one, also in spite of sending over 10 emails to the support team i have not got any response either by email or sms i think i have been cheated, how and when can i get my money back or my goods please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
