[Resolved] Fashion And You — Refund Fraud | |
hi, I returned two products on November 17, Order#[protected] and Order No.[protected], Refund: Amount-1700/-. It is 27 today and I have not received any refund or any information regarding the reverse delivery. I inquired 100 times about this and the customer care executive always asks for some time to look into this but no resolution is provided. The reverse pick up has been done but the product has not yet reached the warehouse. I am greatly disappointed by the service provided. I placed this order on November 5. I received it late, I initiated return on November 16 and since then there is no update from Fashion and you. I keep calling the customer service. I am put on hold for 15-20 minutes. I am certainly not buying anything from Fashion and you ever again. Please stop fooling customers and take immediate action to refund my amount or else I'll have to think of a severe step. Thank you, this is resolved. After long time, but I got the credits back in my account. I ordered some products with the credits, I am yet to receive the order Fashion And You customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I returned two products on November 3, Order#[protected] Refund: Amount-1800/-.
It is 44th today and I have not received any refund or any information regarding the reverse delivery.
I inquired 100 times about this and the customer care executive always asks for some time to look into this but no resolution is provided.
The reverse pick up has been done but the product has not yet reached the warehouse.
I have not received my refund amount, its already been 45 days completed after returning the products order #[protected]. I have asked them politely so many times but no response.
How many days will it take to refund the amount?
I have never seen such bad return policy. I am feeling very unhappy with your irresponsible service.
Please stop fooling customers and take immediate action to refund my amount or else I'll have to think of a severe step.
