Fashion Clue — Fraud company request to take LEGAL action against them to stop cheating others

On 13th feb 2017 tuesday, i received a call from fashionclues person saying that i am selected for some assured gift. To avail my gift, i have to make a purchase of above Rs.3000/- and then my gift will be confirmed. They accept online payment, so i transferred Rs.3289/- to their paytm number [protected] on 14th February.

After confirmation, they booked my gift of LED TV.

They told me you will get your delivery in 5-7 days and it will get dispatched today itself and you will get the courier number tomorrow.

When i called next day for my courier number as soon as they heard that my order is pending they started to ignore my calls.
Their customer service not even received the calls after two days
So i called after 3 days with another number they picked up my call and gave me an expected delivery date of my order withing next 5 days.

Similarly, they kept giving me dates and now it has been 1 and a half month i haven't received my refund or my order of Rs.3289/-.

I have the transaction I. D as a proof on their fashion clues Paytm number and their messages of confirming the order.

They gave me their bank address also as follows :

Request to take legal action against them to atleast stop cheating others.
