I had ordered for four kurtis on 25th dec 2017 (Order#16513)... Received the parcel on 6th jan 2018... The particular mentioned on parcel was kurti but there were two cheap quality sarees inside... I then contacted the customer care number, they gave me a regional office number... When i contacted on this number they told me file a complaint via e-mail id '[protected]@gmail.com'... Now its been three days but still i have not got any reply... I request to look into the matter and replace the order with the correct one or refund the money at the earliest... I have ordered blue banarasi silk saree on 3rd Jan 2018 worth of Rs, 633 but on 12th I got a very cheap quality saffron saree, , hence I want to return your worst product, , my order no is 24012, give me the solution for this problem n let me know the return policy, already u r receiving so many complaints otherwise I will go to consumer court.

I ordered a saree from this company order number is 27344 on 4th January I book yellow Banarasi silk saree but I got cheap saree I want to return my saree and get my money what I should do now please reply me as early as possible thank you
I got another saree which i have not ordered it i want to replace my saree
