Fashion Fiona — wrong and low quality product delivered.

I've ordered a product named floral designer green and blue kurti009 on dated 25/12/2018 with order no 16410. The product was delivered on 5/01/2018 but it was a dress material not the kurti shown in the photo. Also the quality of that is very very poor. Please allow me to return this product and i want my payment of rs. 526.93/- back. Guide me in this regard as early as possible. The website is not allowing for the return.
