[Resolved]  Fast Deals Today — [protected] wrong product sent/no return or replacement

I bought a product from fastdealstoday.com site on 22 april 2016 with the order number #[protected], which is of a combo (Shoe, aviators, watch, wallet and belt) of 4999/-. This site i came to know by the calls (From [protected] and [protected] offering some prizes, if we buy from them). I received only partial order after 7 days of payment.
Then i had followed up them for few days for the remaining products and finally they told me to deliver the remaining products of the order:[protected] with new order, if i go for a new combo order (Pre-selected by them (Cookware set of 5 pieces -1500/-).
I had no option to get the remaining product of my first order and hence i go for the second combo order:[protected] on 6th may 2016 with a condition that needed sandals instead of cookware. They agreed for the same and processed the order.
But in the confirmation calls they had asked me that whether i would continue with the cookware items instead of sandals due to non availability of sandals. I told them “no” and asked to cancel my order to get my money return. I got confirmation from them that they will be cancelling the order but no response from them for few days and finally they delivered the product (Cookware) on 11th of may 2016 without my concern. Hence i asked for the return pickup.
From that day onward i had been following with them until now by calls/mails but no response yet.
Please do the needful.

Note:
The above 2 orders were not reflected in my fastdealstoday.com account to cancel from account but i have mail proofs of those orders with me.

Dear Team,

I was received a call and mail from fastdeals about this issue. They agreed to refund the money along with courier charges If I return the product to the vendor' address (Fast deals not having pick up point in Chennai). As per conversation with them, I returned product (Amount: 1499/-) to the deals by First Flight courier (cos no: C991B1925829, courier charge-480/-) on 9th June. Also I got confirmation from fastdeals that they received the product and they initiated the refund of the product but failed due to long ago order and they asked me on my account details in a mail to initiate the refund to that account. I gave them with all my account details after confirming that they wont reveal the account details to others as a security concern. But no action from Fastdeals yet.

Recently I got a call from Fastdeals saying I was raised a complaint on this order wrongly. They will initiate the return of my order along with courier charges once I update the complaint with positive comments. I replied them that I will update the complaint with resolving steps if they start the refund initiation but still the same response from them.

They are confirming that they wont be initiating the refund until I close this complait from you. Please guide me on how to proceed on this to get my money back(Product amount 1499/- and courier charges 480/-).

I have tried my level to get my refund. Please find mail conversation with fastdeals as attached.

In brief:
1. I order a product before but got partial product and asked for remaining then they asked me to order a new product to get the old along with new.
2. Placed a new order for sandals but they changed that as cookware. Hence I asked them to cancel but no response for few days.
3. Finally they delivered. I asked for return but no response for few days (until complaint raised to consumer forum) finally they said no pick point.
4. I sent the product back to fastdeals by first flight courier by getting assurance from them on my order money and courier money return.
5. I gave my account details as they asked for some reason.
6. They replied through phone call that I need to close the complaint from you to get my money back.

Fastdeals did not care before and responded after raising complaint with you. But now they were asked to close the complaint to get my refund otherwise they wont care.

Please guide me if you can help in this regard to get my money back.
