I made an order in december in the deal rhino. I have never received it. Moreover, they charged me another 14.95 usd Unfortunately, i don't have any opportunity to contact them by the website (It is not existing) or to file a complaint by phone. So i'm filing my complaint here and to the police. The order number was 1081194. I want a refund, otherwise, i'm going to proceed with this case further to an international court. £11.43 was taken out of my bank for no reason i would like a refund please that was my christmas that i received of my friends and family
