Hi last week I ordered a pizza twice from mobile app ...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 days...I received a mail on 5 th august that ur amt has been refunded but I havent received any amount....I need a revert on the same...
Expecting some serious action my complaint

Hi My name is rafiq I m in Mira Road Dist:- thane I m the regular cutomer of dominos in the mean time i like to bring notice to you in your Bhayander (E) Branch that I Have ordered the 2 Pizza Of Chess Burst, 1Chicken wings & 1 Bread stick at the time of order on phone i Have asked him to give chilly Flakes extra but at the time of delivery he is spoken Badly to give extra chilly flakes and told us That company policy is not there to give extra chilly flakes.
I M requesting You to please mention the above itmes in your menu that how much you are allowed to give the above items with your PIZZAS.

I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Non Veg Doubles - Pizza Mania) online on their website on last Thursday, June 9, 2011. Everything was fine till the final stage. The credit card transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

At this stage I immediately called up the Dominos store (Dominos Store Address
Btm - Bangalore, No 67, 35th Main, 100 Ft Ring Road, Btm 2nd Stage,Bangalore - 560076 Ph.no[protected], [protected]) which i had selected for home delivery and spoke to the Manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. After hearing out my problem he advised me to try again.

Once again i tried placing the order online but same result as before and same error message popped up. Then the Dominos Manager then took my order over the phone and said they did not receive any order, not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank and they confirmed that my card has been charged twice and the amount has been credited to Dominos. The transaction amount was Rs 296.40 each time respectively.

I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.

I recently placed an order at the dominos store in bhopal, the pizza which we ordered was burnt...and after, complaining to the manager ...he responded in a very bad way ...and so, we ended up in a heated argument..though he replaced the order but the behaviour of the manager and the staff of dominos is horrible...

I placed a order for Dominos pizz online from delhi.
Order no 5, Rohini branch.
The bill amount was for 633 rs.
I paid it through netbanking.
After some time i got a call from rohini sector 3 dominoz pizza out let, and they said they will shift the order to rani baug branch as my address didnt lies within their range.
I was ok with it.
But after some time i got a call from rani baug dominos and they said they will cancel my online order and create a new request.
The y told i need to pay again for the order as they are cancelling the first request. ( order no 7)
the operator twinkle told me that amount debited online of 633 rs will be refunded in 2 days.
For confirmation i called back to rani baug dominos and then to my notice they told me the amount will be refunded in 15 days.
This is not fair, as the online request mistake was done from your side.
At present am still waiting for the amount to be credited back to my account.

i am from bangalore, i placed on order through the mobile app using my SBi credit card on 9th march 2013 . After the money was deducted the app said there was an error in processing your request and that the money would be refunded within seven days. But I never got my money credited back

I had made a purchase of Dominos Pizza from Mobile App on 26 th April, 2013.

However after transaction was made from my debit card and money was transferred I got an error message stating that the order could not be placed and I will be receiving a refund within 7 days.

But, till date I have not recieved the refund.

I did not get refund from Dominos yet. They called me up for a few times on 11th May '13 but nothing materialized after that.
