Fastag — double amount deduct my fastag | |
Date 05 feb 2020 i am paying toll charges in cash but as same time same amount deduct toll amount in my fast tag balance I was complaint in your customer care on 1033. He is given my complaint no. Is 1632472 last fifteen days before but till date no any action or updates from fastag side, we were submit all toll receipt copy and details on [protected] this mobile no. We gave toll in cash as they said fastag is not working but money has been debited from the fastag account. Please suggest me how should I get my money back.
