I have applied for dhfc fastag online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr01151857. I got a application reference number as given above, with a message that the application pdf is sent to registered email address ([protected]@gmail.com). However, i have not received the email yet and the toll number [protected] is continually engaged. Please confirm the status of my application. The toll tax to be collected for my car No. TN22 CD5439 Vehicle at Vasad is Rs.55/- one way. BUT, yesterday, 15.01.2020, while going to tindivanam, by 3.40 in the evening, Rs.110/- was deducted. How come I have to pay double charges...? Rs. 55/- toll athur, Please attach the file

Also subsequently received confirmation of registration, wallet recharge etc. However there after there is no response from HDFC. Customer service no. of HDFC is completely inaccessible at any time of the day. Thereafter I raised a complaint to HDFC customer service on the same. The response of bank is horrible. It takes minimum 4 days to receive a response. On advise, I provided details like application no., vehicle no. to Customer service. But already 2 days have passed, there is no response from HDFC. I am now afraid whether I am at all will get the tag from HDFC. My application details :-
