Fastag — I have not received my fastag yet

My name is bhabhor ashishkumar. My vehicle is registered with gj20ah0283. I have applied for fastag of 29/01/2020 and recharge with transaction id[protected]. But till today i have not received fastag and any notification of shipment. It is too long time i have waited for 45 days. I have to face problems of toll plaza. Kindly help me and resolve my problem
