Several email sent and calls made.. Issue is still not resolved

I have raised a request and immediately sent all required docs

Everytime i call they... It's with dispatch team wait for another week

They have some issue with a portal which is causing delay... My question really is how much more delay

You can't give same answer everytime i call to follow up
N now u have lost patience hence this email
